Android Settings Android
TapTidy Android organizes settings into 14 categories across five logical groups:
Settings Structure
- You: General (start page, time format, focus timer), Appearance (theming, dynamic color, card density), Notifications, Subscription, Account.
- Your Tasks: Tasks & capture (quick capture bar, default project destinations, swipe gestures).
- Shared: Household (members, roles, child mode, PINs), Integrations.
- Safety & Privacy: Privacy & security (E2EE encryption, App Passwords), Data & backup (import, export, snapshots, Danger zone account deletion), Sync (health status, manual trigger).
- More: Accessibility, Help & about (version details, APK update checks), Advanced.
Notification Preferences
Configure reminder behavior in Settings → Notifications:

Application Updates
When installed via standalone APK, TapTidy checks for new versions on launch (once weekly) or on-demand via Settings → Help & about → Check for Updates. Downloaded APKs are verified against SHA-256 checksum baselines before installation.
