Views Both

TapTidy provides four primary views on both Web and Android to match your workflow: List, Board, Calendar, and Timeline.

List View

The standard planning view for reviewing and completing tasks. Sort tasks manually, or sort by due date, priority, creation date, or alphabetically.

Board View (Kanban)

Visualize tasks in columns. Group by Project, Priority, Status, Due Date, or Tags. On web, drag and drop cards between columns to update assignments or progress immediately.

Calendar View

Plan your schedule across month, week, and day agenda views. Tap any date to view and create scheduled tasks.

Timeline View Both

The Timeline workspace lays out your day hour-by-hour. Timed tasks are placed at their scheduled start times. You can zoom to 1-hour, 2-hour, or 4-hour increments and navigate across a multi-day window.
