Focus Mode Both

Focus Mode provides a distraction-free environment dedicated to single-task execution, helping you work without sidebar noise or notification interruptions.

Starting a Focus Session

• Web: Press F anywhere or select Focus Mode from the task details quick actions menu. Focus Mode uses the browser Fullscreen API for complete immersion.
• Android: Open any task card's menu and select Focus Mode, or tap the Timer icon in the navigation bar.

Session Controls & Workflow

During a session, the screen displays only your active task, checklist subtasks, and an adjustable timer:

• Complete: Marks the task done, records your logged focus duration to the task activity log, and exits Focus Mode.
• Next Task: If you finish early and want to maintain momentum, tap Next Task to select your next action item without leaving fullscreen.
• Pause / Adjust: Pause the timer or switch timer theme skins at any time.
