Filters & Custom Views Both

Filters let you narrow down your task list to focus on specific work contexts, schedules, or priorities.

Quick Filter Chips

Use the filter chips in the toolbar to immediately refine any list:

• Today: Tasks scheduled for today or overdue.
• Overdue: Items whose scheduled due dates have passed.
• High Priority: Tasks marked Urgent (P1) or High (P2).
• No Due Date: Active tasks without a scheduled date.
• Completed: Toggle visibility of finished tasks in the current view.
• Household: Filter to shared household tasks and chores.

Saved Filter Presets (Android)

On Android, you can save your active filter combination as a named preset directly from the tasks toolbar. Saved presets are accessible with a single tap from the filter header.

Custom Views (Web)

On web, combine search queries, tag filters, project scopes, custom groupings (by project, priority, status, or date), and sorting preferences into reusable Custom Views. Your saved custom views appear in the sidebar under Views for instant navigation.
