Timer & Pomodoro Both

TapTidy includes an integrated Pomodoro timer for pacing work intervals, logging focus sessions, and sustaining energy.

Pomodoro Cycles & Intervals

On Android, the timer operates as a full Pomodoro engine (default 25 min focus, 5 min short break, 15 min long break after 4 sessions). You can customize phase durations and auto-start preferences in Focus Timer settings.

Task Association & Time Logging

Link any timer session to a specific task. Logged minutes automatically appear in the task detail history log and aggregate into your productivity statistics on the Stats page.

Platform Experiences

• Web: The timer runs as a lightweight, floating overlay anchored in the bottom-right corner of your screen, persisting as you navigate across projects and views.
• Android: The timer runs as a foreground service with an ongoing notification, allowing you to monitor time and trigger Pause / Resume without keeping the app open.
