Built-In Smart Lists

TapTidy includes standard pre-configured smart lists available to all users:

• Overdue: Incomplete tasks whose due dates have passed.
• Due This Week: Tasks scheduled for completion within the current 7-day window.
• High Priority: All Urgent (P1) and High (P2) priority tasks across all projects.
• No Due Date: Active tasks that haven't been scheduled yet.
• Waiting / Snoozed: Tasks temporarily deferred or snoozed until a later date.
• Needs Clarification: Short or ambiguous captures flagged for review.

Pro Dynamic Smart Lists

TapTidy Pro unlocks intelligent materialized collections computed dynamically from your activity patterns:

• Quick Wins: Short action items ready for rapid completion.
• Stuck / Stale: Tasks created long ago that have seen no recent activity.
• Needs Breakdown: Complex tasks that may benefit from subtasks or sub-checklists.
• Recently Captured: Items captured into your workspace within the last 24 hours.

Custom Smart Views

Create tailored custom views combining project filters, tags, priority criteria, custom groupings, and sorting preferences. Saved custom views appear in your sidebar under Views for quick access.
