TapTidy enables real-time collaboration across household workspaces, shared lists, and collaborative projects.
Collaborator Roles
When sharing projects with other users, you can assign one of two distinct roles:
Viewer
Read-only access. Viewers can see tasks, notes, checklists, and schedules without editing or checking off items.
Editor
Full edit access. Editors can create, modify, reorder, reschedule, and complete tasks within the shared workspace.
Real-Time Presence Indicators
On Web, when multiple collaborators view or edit the same task simultaneously, live presence avatars appear in the task detail panel to prevent duplicate work and editing collisions.
Offline Conflict Resolution
When collaborators make concurrent edits to the same item while offline, TapTidy's Rust merge resolver automatically performs a 3-way field-level merge upon reconnection. If conflicting edits cannot be merged automatically, a conflict notice directs you to the Conflicts screen to compare versions side-by-side and choose which edits to keep.
Shared Shopping Lists
Share store checklists with family members or roommates. Collaborators receive invite notices on their Shared page and can check off grocery items in real time.
